| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Marketing nákupního centra" se zabývá historickým vývojem nákupních center, specifiky jejich významu a řízením. Podstatnou částí je marketingová komunikace obchodních center, jež je stěžejní pro informování zákazníků obchodního centra. V praktické části je poté představeno obchodní centrum Futurum v Hradci Králové včetně jeho historického vývoje, vzniku, řízení a marketingu. Oblast marketingu se zabývá analýzou prostředí, marketingovým mixem a zhodnocením marketingové komunikace, jež je OC Futurem využívána. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on Marketing of shopping center. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the specifics of shopping centers - historical development, different types, specifics of management and marketing. The practical part is focused on activities of shopping center Futurum in Hradec Králové. At first is presented its establishment, management and the importance in the East Bohemia region. The main emphasis is placed on the evaluation of marketing acitivities, which are substantial for shopping center. |
