| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na představení teoretických a metodických základů, podle kterých je následně rozpracován projekt. Cílem bylo naplánování časového harmono-gramu projektu pro firmu z oblasti informačních technologií. Zkušenosti z praxe ukázaly, že firma bude muset v brzké době začít přemýšlet o postupném zavádění agilních metod, které jsou nutnou součástí tohoto oboru, kde není lehké předpokládat časová okna pro jednotlivé činnosti. Zpoždění jednotlivých činností u projektů IS/IT znamená vždy prodloužení doby realizace celého projektu. Pomocníkem pro plánování byl program Microsoft Project 2016 a Microsoft Excel. Publikované analýzy jako WBS či logický rámec mohou být inspirací pro podobné projekty zamřené na IT. Vytvořený plán je realizován, což bylo cílem této práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical and methodical basics used to prepare a project. The aim of this work was established the time schedule of the project for one company working in the field of information technology. Gained experiences showed that there will be need for the gradual implementation of the agile methods that are part of this field and where is it quite difficult to expect every activity to have its schedule program. Delay of individual activities means the delay of the whole IS/IT project. Dur-ing the work on this thesis there were used some IT programs. One of the program was Microsoft Project 2016 and the other Microsoft Excel. WBS or logical framework of the project created in this work could be used as an inspiration for any other similar project focused on IT. The project plan was realized and therefore we can say that the aim of this work was fulfilled. |
