dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce na téma "Vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik" se zabývá analýzou vlivu okolí na společnost SKY Trade s.r.o. V této práci je oddělena teoretická část od praktické. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s tématem práce. Druhá část práce se věnuje teoretické charakteristice vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku. Vnitřní okolí je popsáno na základě rozboru hmotných, nehmotných, lidských, finančních a marketingových zdrojů. Vnější okolí se dále dělí na obecné a oborové. Obecné okolí je popsáno pomocí PESTLE analýzy, oborové okolí zahrnuje sektor zákazníků, dodavatelů a odběratelů. V další části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti SKY Trade s.r.o. Čtvrtá a pátá část práce se zabývá konkrétní analýzou jednotlivých prvků okolí, které byly teoreticky charakterizovány v části druhé. Šestá část práce se věnuje zhodnocení vlivu okolí na zvolený podnik pomocí SWOT analýzy. V návaznosti na tuto analýzu byla společnosti navrhnuta opatření pro budoucí vývoj.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme "The influence of surroundings on a specific company" of presented bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysis of the influence that surroundings have on the company named SKY Trade s.r.o. There is theoretical and practical part in this thesis. The first part explains basic terms, which are related to the main theme of the thesis. The second part of this bachelor thesis is about theoretical characteristics of external and internal surroundings of the company. The internal surroundings are described on basis of the analysis of material, nonmaterial, human, financial and marketing resources. External surroundings are divided to general and specialized. General surroudings are described by PESTLE analysis, specialized surroundings include sectors of clients, providers and customers. Basic information about SKY Trade s. r. o. company is the part of the next chapter. The fourth and the fifth part of the thesis consist of the analysis of surroundings, which are described in the second part of this thesis. The sixth chapter includes the evaluation of the influence of surroundings on a specific company. SWOT analysis is used for this evaluation. Suggestions for the future development of the company are based on results of the analysis.en
