| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu města Plasy. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické práci jsou charakterizovány územní samosprávné celky a jejich financování. Dále je zde rozebrán jejich rozpočet a jeho dvě položky příjmy a výdaje. Praktická část začíná představením města Plasy, od historie po současnost a vymezením organizační struktury města. Následuje finanční analýza města v letech 2010 2014. Zde jsou analyzovány jednotlivé příjmy a jednotlivé výdaje rozpočtu města. Mezi ně patří i jednotlivé zanalyzování plnění rozpočtu. V další kapitole práce zkoumá likviditu a zadluženost města pomocí celkové zadluženosti a dluhové služby. V poslední kapitole jsou, na základě zjištěných skutečností, navrženy případná opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení hospodaření města. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the town Plasy. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. In the theoretical part there are described territorial administrative units and their financing. There is also analysis of their budget and their revenues and expenses. The practical part start with description of the town Plasy, from its history to the present and its organizational structure. After this description there is financial analysis of the town in 2010 2014. There are analyzed individual revenues and expenditures of the budget. These include also the analysis of the implementation of the budget. In the next chapter the thesis examines the liquidity and indebtedness of the town using the total indebtedness and the debt service. In the last chapter there proposal of the potential actions, that should lead to improvement of the financial management of the town Plasy. |
