| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na financování starobních důchodů v kontextu stárnutí populace, ke kterému v Evropě dochází. Popisuje a zároveň i porovnává důchodový systém v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé pilíře, které obě země využívají k financování starobních důchodů, a popsat demografický vývoj obyvatelstva v těchto zemích. Na základě teoretické části a aktuální situace v obou zemích práce také obsahuje možná řešení problému s financování starobních důchodů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the funding of pensions in the context of population ageing which occurs in Europe. It describes and also compares the pension system in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim of this thesis is to characterize particular pillars, which both countries use to funding old age pensions and describe the development of demography in these countries. The thesis also includes possible solutions for the problem of financing retirements in both countries, based on the theoretical part and the current situation in countries. |
