| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu obchodně právních závazkových vztahů a jejich systematice jak v České republice po rekodifikaci 2014, tak na Slovenku, Rakousku a Německu. Práce se věnuje problematice obchodních závazků a jejich vymezení po rekodifikaci. Nastíněny jsou legální definice subjektu a definice obchodně závazkových znaků. V další části práce je popsána společná historie obchodně právních kodexů od ADHGB až do současnosti. Pojednáno je prakticky o všech kodexech obchodního práva účinných na našem území s důrazem na jejich rozdíly. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the topic of commercial obligations and their systematics in the Czech Republic after the recodification in 2014 and in Slovakia, Austria and Germany. The work is dedicated to business obligations and their definition after the recodification. It outlines the legal definition of the entity and the definition of commercial obligations characters. The next section describes the common history of commercial law codes from ADHGB until now. It deals with virtually any codes of business law effective in our country with emphasis on their differences. |
