dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na vypracování modelů dohledu používaných v Evropské unii, v porovnání jejich použití a charakteristiky trhu- zde jsem definovala i jeho hlavní funkce. Dále jsem nastínila vznik dozorčího orgánu, jeho činnosti, základní charakteristiky, rysy, a v neposlední řadě také cíle. Hlavní cíl mé práce je popis a komparace systémů používaných v zemích EU.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my diploma thesis I aim to define models of supervision used in the European Union and compare their use. The financial market is highly complex. I discuss the characteristics of the market and define its main functions. Essential part of the supervision and regulation of financial markets is the central banks so my thesis I outline the formation of a supervisory authority, its activities, basic characteristics, features, and last but not least also the goals. Main purpuse of my thesis is description and comparation of the systems used in the EU countries.en
