| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zařazením chromatografie do výuky chemie. Nejprve je zde shrnuta historie a teorie chromatografie. Následuje experimentální část s navrženými pokusy, které mají sloužit jako inspirace učitelům na školách. Tato práce obsahuje: porovnání učebnic zejména z hlediska pokusů, případné modifikace experimentů, doporučení a zhodnocení. Nabízí také experimenty, které se v učebnicích zatím neobjevují a je možné tak rozšířit přípravu budoucích i stávajících učitelů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the inclusion of chromatography into the chemistry lessons. Firstly there are included chapters on history and theory of chromatography. The experimental part follows with proposed experiments, which shall serve as inspiration for teachers at schools. This thesis consists of: comparation of textbooks, especially in terms of experiments; possible modification of experiments; recommendations and conclusion. It also offers experiments, so far not present in the textbooks and that makes them possible to integrate to the education of future and contemporary teachers. |
