| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Klima inkluzivní školy" se zabývá klimatem inkluzivních škol a běžných škol. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy integrace, inkluze a jejich vývoj, dále školu, její prostředí a kulturu a v neposlední řadě klima. Podrobněji jsou popsány druhy klimatu a jejich možnosti zjišťování. V praktické části je samotné výzkumné šetření klimatu, které proběhlo na dvou inkluzivních základních školách a dvou běžných základních školách. Ve výzkumné části bylo zjišťováno, zda klima inkluzivní školy je srovnatelné s klimatem běžných škol. |
| Abstract in different language: | The following thesis "Climate of inclusive school" is focused on the comparison of school climate in inclusive schools and in ordinary schools. In the theoretical part there are described key terms like integration, inclusion, school, its environment and culture and last but not least school climate; various types of school climate and possibilities of its measuring are described in detail. In the practical part of the thesis there is the measure of school climate, which was conducted at two inclusive elementary schools and at two ordinary elementary schools. The main aim of the research was to give the answer to question whether school climate of inclusive school is comparable with school climate of normal elementary school. |
