dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů praktického vyučování a odborného výcviku. Teoretická část vychází ze studia odborné literatury. V první části je definován pojem syndrom vyhoření, jeho fáze a projevy. Práce dále popisuje příčiny syndromu vyhoření následky a možnou prevenci. V závěru teoretické části se práce zabývá profesemi s výskytem syndromu vyhoření a poté konkrétně pedagogickou profesí. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem provedeným na školách, kde se nacházejí pedagogové praktického vyučování a odborného výcviku. Tento výzkum byl uskutečněn na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky výzkumu v praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty. Mohou sloužit jako ucelený zdroj informací pro zájemce o tuto problematiku.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the issue of burnout among teachers of pracical teaching and specialised training. The theoretical part comes out of study of specialised literature. In the first part, the term burnout is defined as well with it's stages and symptoms. Further the work describes the causes of burnout, it's consequences and possible prevention. In the conclusion of the theoretical part the work deals with professions with occurance of burnout and then specifically teaching proffesion. The practical part deals with research that comes from schools where are teachers of pracical teaching and specialised training. This research has been made based on survey. The results of this research are analyzed and summarized in the practical part. They can be used as a comprehensive source of informations for those who are interested in this issue.en
