| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá, jak už z jejího názvu vyplývá, pohybovými aktivitami ve výchově ke zdraví na vybraných ZŠ. První část práce je čistě teoretická a zabývá se otázkami zdraví, pohybových aktivit a jejich důležitosti v životě jedince a ve výchově ke zdraví, benefity pohybových aktivit a dalšími důležitými informacemi, které je nutno k této problematice uvést. Druhou část bakalářské práce tvoří vlastní výzkum, který poukazuje na současný stav pohybových aktivit na druhém stupni základních škol, konkrétně u žáků 9. tříd. |
| Abstract in different language: | As the title indicates, this Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of physical activities of health education of chosen primary shools. The first part of the thesis is purely theoretical. It deals with the topics of health, physical activities and their importance to life of individuals and health education. The theoretical part describes benefits of physical activities and other important pieces of information for the topic. The second part of the thesis covers the research which shows the contemporary level of physical activities of upper primary schools, specifically of the ninth-grade-pupils. |
