| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje rehabilitaci u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní, zaměřenou na vhodnou aplikaci terapeutických technik pro rozvoj chůze. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku nemoci, její léčbu a diagnostiku, chůzi a komplexní rehabilitaci. Praktická část obsahuje 4 kazuistiky, které se skládají z anamnézy, vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a průběhu terapie. Z výsledků je patrno, že aplikací technik zvolených přímo pro daného pacienta, můžeme zlepšit jeho stav. |
| Abstract in different language: | This paper describes the rehabilitation of patients with multiple sclerosis, focusing on the proper application of therapeutic techniques for the development of walking. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the disease, its treatment and diagnosis, walking and comprehensive rehabilitation. Practical part contains four case reports, which consist of histories, the input and output during examination and treatment. The results show that the application of the techniques chosen specifically for each patient, may affect its status. |
