| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou osteoporózy, jejími komplikacemi a rizikem imobilizace. Je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o podstatě nemoci, její prevenci a komplikacích. Obsahuje i stručný přehled diagnostiky a léčby. Praktická část je zaměřena na vliv pravidelného cvičení na toto onemocnění. Zahrnuje porovnání vstupních a výstupních vyšetření dvou osob s prokázáním pozitivního vlivu pohybové aktivity na komplikace spojené s osteoporózou. V závěrečné diskuzi jsou rozebrány jednotlivé hypotézy a porovnána praxe s teorií. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the problematics of osteoporosis and its complications and the risk of imobilization. It is divided into two parts the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part there is a summary about the essence of the disease, its prevention and the complications. It also includes a brief overview of the diagnosis and the treatment. The practical part focuses on the influence of the regular exercising on this disease. It includes a comparision of the initial and discharge examination of two two persons with the demonstration of the positive impact of the motion activity on the complications associated with osteoporosis. The particular hypothesis are demonstrated in the final discussion and the praxis is compared with theory. |
