| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na postiţení šlach zvaném tendinóza a to konkrétně u dvojhlavého svalu paţního. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje krátce anatomii a dále popisu samotné tendinózy, a to včetně její etiologie, patogeneze, klinického obrazu a moţnostem diagnózy, léčby a prevence. Poté je zde obecně zmíněné fyzioterapeutické vyšetření a konkrétní techniky vyuţívané při tendinóze m. biceps brachii. Praktická část, která vychází z poznatků části teoretické, se věnuje vyšetření jednotlivých klientů. Díky správně zvolenému krátkodobému rehabilitačnímu plánu došlo ke zlepšení klientů. V závěru práce jsou zpracované výsledky dle určených metod výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Physiotherapy for tendinosis of the long head of biceps This thesis focuses on affliction of tendons called tendinosis, specifically for the brachial biceps muscle. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief description of anatomy and further description of tendinosis itself, including its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and possibilities in diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Then the thesis generally refers to physiotherapeutical examinations and concrete techniques used for tendinosis of m. biceps brachii. The practical part, which is based on findings gathered in the theoretical part, is devoted to the examination of individual clients. The clients showed signs of improvement thanks to a correctly chosen short-term rehabilitation plan. In conclusion, the results are processed according to the specified methods of research. |
