| Abstract: | E-learning je efektivní, flexibilní a multimediální forma vzdělávání, která využívá informační a komunikační technologie. Vzdělávání prostřednictvím e-learningu lze využít také při výuce nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků u prezenční či kombinované formy studia. V diplomové práci jsou představeny jednotlivé typy e-learningu a shrnuty jeho výhody a nevýhody. Dále jsou popsány technické nástroje, které e-learning využívá. Praktická část práce je založena na tvorbě návrhu e-learningového kurzu, který je určen pro podporu praktické výuky studentů programu Ošetřovatelství. Součástí zhotoveného návrhu e-learningového kurzu byly dva znalostní testy, přičemž jeden test vypracovali studenti na začátku kurzu a druhý po absolvování e-learningového kurzu. Na základě analýzy znalostních testů bylo prokázáno zlepšení znalostí studentů. Evaluace návrhu kurzu proběhla na základě dotazníku, který je v praktické části rovněž vyhodnocen. |
| Abstract in different language: | E-learning is an effective, flexible and multimedia form of education, which uses information and communication technologies. The education by e-learning can be employed also for the teaching of nurses in attendance and combined forms of study. This master thesis deals with particular types of e-learning and with its advantages and drawbacks. Further technical tools, which are utilized for the e-learning, are described. The application part of the thesis is based on the creation of e-learning course proposal, which is intended for the support of practical education of Nursing study programme. Two knowledge tests are included in the created course, whereas the first one is examining input knowledge of the students and the second one (output) is performed after the course finishing. The improvement of the students' knowledge was proved on the basis of the output test results. The evaluation of the course proposal was done using a questionnaire, which is also one component of the created course. |
