| Abstract: | Problematika stáří se díky pokrokům medicíny dostává stále více do popředí. Učíme se o zákonitostech stárnutí, geriatrických syndromech, jak správně komunikovat s pacienty. V odborné literatuře i ve škole získáváme dostatek teoretických informací, ale aby vše správně zapadlo do sebe, musíme především pacienty sledovat. Musíme se naučit hodnotit jejich možnosti, schopnosti a potřeby v bezchybném a jednotném duchu. K tomu nám slouží hodnotící techniky, které považujeme za komplexní diagnostický proces. Díky nim můžeme předejít mnoha komplikacím a dokážeme se dorozumět napříč mnoha obory. Účel těchto technik je stručně popsán v teoretické části diplomové práce. Jaký je postoj sester k této ošetřovatelské pomůcce jsme pak objasnili v praktické části práce. Přiblížili jsme konkrétní postoje sester z různých oddělení. Naše výsledky jsme navíc porovnali s ostatními autory. |
| Abstract in different language: | The issue of ageing gets more and more into the foreground due to the progress of medicine. We are learning about the proces of aging, geriatric syndromes, how to communicate with patients. We are receiving enough theoretical information at school or via literature, but to make a sense out of it, we must first observe the patient. We must learn how to evaluate their options, capabilities and needs in a faultless and consistent manner. To do this we use assessment techniques that consider complex diagnostic process. Thanks to these, we can prevent many complications and we are able to communicate across many disciplines. The purpose of these techniques are briefly described in the theoretical part. What is the attitude of nurses to the nursing widget we then explained the practical part. We approached specific attitudes of nurses from various departments. Our results were additionally compared with the other authors. |
