| Abstract: | V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na problematiku populace dialyzovaných spojenou se zdravotními komplikacemi provázející dialyzační léčení. Díky zachování daného tématu uvádí možnosti rehabilitace a fyzické zátěže s přínosy a specifiky ovlivnění celkového stavu dialyzovaného pacienta. Práce nás dále informuje o sportovních organizacích, hrách a klubech společně se sportovními výsledky českého reprezentačního týmu. Na závěr této části jsou popsány použité metody testování. V praktické složce je uveden průběh sportovních pobytů pro DP. Dozvídáme se i o charakteristice sledovaných skupin můžu a žen, kteří se podrobili testování pomocí Senior Fitness Testu pro zhodnocení soběstačnosti a funkční zdatnosti dolních končetin. Zjištěným výsledkem je fakt, že sportovně aktivní DP mají lepší výsledky provedených testů SFT a tepové frekvence, než pacienti praktikující sedavý způsob života. Závěrem jsou v příloze popsány informace o dialyzační léčbě a vloženy fotografie z pobytů DP společně s praktikovanými cvičebními jednotkami. |
| Abstract in different language: | In its theoretical part, the thesis focuses on problems of people undergoing dialysis along with medical complications accompanying the dialysis treatment. Thanks to maintaining the given subject, it mentions possibilities of rehabilitation and of physical strain with contributions and specifications of the influence on the overall condition of a dialysis patient. The thesis also informs about sports organizations, games, and clubs; as well as about the Czech national team's results in sports. At the end of this part of the thesis, the employed methods are described. In the practical part of the thesis, the course of sports stays for dialysis patients (DP) is introduced. It also informs about the characteristics of the observed groups of men and women who have undergone testing by Senior Fitness Test (SFT) for evaluation of self-sufficiency and functional competence of lower extremities. The final result is that DP active in sports have better results of performed SFT tests and of heartbeat frequency than patients who do not live actively. In the attachment, there can be found information describing dialysis treatment and photographs from DP's sports stays along with applied exercise units. |
