| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem funkčního schématu pára-voda (P&ID) strojovny s průmyslovou parní turbínou 40MW určenou pro teplofikaci. Součástí strojovny je NT a VT regenerace a dva OTV. Schéma zobrazuje potrubní trasy, armatury a zařízení pro provoz strojovny. U všech potrubních tras byl určen vhodný materiál a také jejich DN. Bližší pozornost je věnována uzavřenému chladicímu okruhu a jeho komponentám. Diplomová práce může být využita při zacvičování nových zaměstnanců a může sloužit jako vzor pro účely nabídkové fáze projektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Master thesis is focused on creation of P&ID for machine room of 40WM industrial steam turbine for heating industry. In the machine room there are low-pressure and high-pressure heaters (LPH & HPH) and 2 district water heaters. The P&ID shows pipelines, valves and equipment needed for function of the machines in the machine room. Suitable material and DN is chosen for all the pipelines. This thesis is then focused on a closed cooling circuit and its components. The thesis can be used for educational purposes for newcomer employees. It can also be used as a reference P&ID for the proposal part of a project. |
