| Abstract: | Téma této bakalářské práce se zabývá zejména důležitým aspektem spolupráce mezi Policií České republiky a obcemi a jednotlivými institucemi obcí, které spadají pod přímou působnost obcí a jsou řízeny jejich samosprávou. Tato práce se zabývá hlavně významem, účelem a tvorbou koordinačních dohod a smluv a rovněž tak tvorbou vyhlášek obcí s ohledem na zajištění veřejného pořádku a v neposlední řadě k zajištění bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví, života a majetku osob, přičemž do této práce jsou zaneseny i poznatky nabyté při výkonu služby. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this Bachelor thesis deals with notably an important aspect of cooperation between the police of the Czech Republic and municipalities, and between the institutions of the communities which fall under the direct competence of the communes, and are managed by their authority. This work deals with mainly meaning, purpose and the development of coordination agreements and contracts as well as the creation of municipal ordinances with a view to ensuring public order and, not least, to ensure the safety and protection of health, life and property of people, and this work is recorded and the knowledge acquired in the performance of the service. |
