| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením a působností krajů v ČR, které vyplývají ze zákona o krajích a ze speciálních zákonů a jejich kompetencí a reálných aktivit ve vztahu k administraci různých druhů finančních podpor. Práce se pokouší zhodnotit, jak tyto orgány působí v oblasti, která je v posledním období pro Českou republiku ze strany orgánů Evropské unie ne zcela pozitivně hodnocena. Jedná se o oblast čerpání finančních podpor z různých fondů EU. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the position and responsibilities in the ČR regions, resulting from the Act on Regions and the special laws and their competencies and real activity in relation to the administration of various types of financial aid. This work attempts to assess how these institutions operate in an area that is in the final period for the Czech Republic on the part of the European Union not quite positively evaluated. This is an area drawing financial support from various EU funds. |
