| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza prostojů vybrané linky. Práce v první části popisuje základní principy štíhlého podniku a základní metody zlepšování. Dále se práce zabývá druhy časových snímků a analýzou, problematikou úzkých míst, plýtvání a prostojů. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost Kostal CR, spol. s.r.o. Dále je v práci popsán časový snímek a průběh měření. Vyhodnocení měření zahrnuje porovnání jednotlivých časů, dále cyklový čas pracovišť, zmetkovitost a rozbor ztrátových činností. Poslední kapitolou je návrh na zlepšení současného stavu a vyhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the diploma thesis is downtime analysis of selected line. At first, the thesis describes the basic principles of lean enterprise and the basic methods of improving. Further, the thesis deals with types of time studies and analysis, the problems of bottlenecks, wastage and downtime. At first, in the practical part the company Kostal CR is presented. Further, the thesis describes the time record and progress of measurement. Evaluation of measurement involves comparison of time consumption, cycle time of workplaces, defective products and analysis loss-making activities. The last chapter of thesis presents proposal to improving the current situation and evaluation. |
