| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje tématu vytápění obytných budov s ohledem na jejich energetickou náročnost. V úvodu objasním pojem energetická náročnost, symbolizovanou průkazem energetické náročnosti budov (PENB). Podle metodiky, popsané v další kapitole, stanovíme pomocí Národního kalkulačního nástroje energetickou náročnost konkrétního rodinného domu, kterou porovnáme s výsledky jiného výpočtového programu a skutečně naměřené spotřeby energie. Též se zamyslíme nad opatřeními ke snížení energetické náročnosti tohoto domu, zejména s ohledem na vytápění. V poslední části navrhneme ideální způsob jeho vytápění. Všechny uvažované varianty zhodnotíme kritériem 3E, které nám poskytne objektivní pohled na vhodnost jednotlivých řešení. Rozhodnutí je však vždy subjektivní pohled investora, který nastíním v kapitole závěry pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of heating homes in relation to energy performance of buildings. In my introduction, I will clarify the term ?energy consumption?, as used in the ?Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)?. According to the method described in the next chapter, one can determine the exact energy consumption of any given home by using the National Calculation Tool. I then contrast these results with the results of a different calculation program and the actual measurement of energy consumption in this building. I will examine the means by which energy consumption may be reduced, particularly in the area of heating. In my final section, I propose an ideal means of heating this particular house following the installation of insulation. All of the weighed options are assessed by means of the 3E criteria, which provide an objective view regarding the suitability of each individual solution. However, the final decision is based on the investor?s subjective point of view, which I outline in the final chapter regarding practical application. |
