| Abstract: | V práci jsou zmapovány možnosti využití ergoterapie v léčbě klientů se schizofrenním onemocněním, jak v ústavní, tak v komunitní složce. Cílem práce je zdůraznění individuálního přístupu ke klientovi, stanovování krátkodobých a dlouhodobých terapeutických plánů a na jejich základě zlepšení schopností soběstačnosti a fungování klienta v přirozeném prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na ergoterapii v Psychiatrické léčebně Petrohrad (PLP) a na ni navazující komunitní služby - Centrum duševního zdraví (CDZ) v Chomutově, Fokus Labe v Ústí nad Labem. V teoretické části je popsáno toto onemocnění, jeho klasifikace, průběh, možnosti léčby a využití ergoterapie. Zároveň jsou v ní popsány možnosti ergoterapie v PLP a komunitních službách. V praktické části jsou stanoveny 2 hypotézy, které jsou potvrzeny 3 případovými studiemi. V těchto případových studiích je zpracováno hodnocení potřeb klienta dotazníkem, který zdůrazní problémové oblasti, na které se terapie zaměří. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis describes possibilities of the occupational therapy in the treatment of clients with schizophrenia, both in the constitutional and community sphere. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the individual approach to each client, setting the short-term and long-term therapeutic plans and on the basis of improving skills self-sufficiency of the client in a natural environment. The work is focused on the occupational therapy at Petrohrad Psychiatric Hospital (PLP) and the related community services Mental Health Center (CDZ) in Chomutov and Fokus Labe in Ústí nad Labem. The theoretical part describes the disease, its classification, course, treatment options and the use of occupational therapy. Furthermore, the possibilities of occupational therapy in Petrohrad Psychiatric Hospital and the related community services are described there. In the practical part two hypotheses were examined, which were confirmed by the analysis of three case studies. In these case studies the client needs are processed and a questionnaire is made that highlight the problem areas. Consequently, the therapy should focus on them. |
