| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá využitím metody Akrální koaktivační terapie v léčbě bolestí zad. V teoretické části je popsána kineziologie zad, možné příčiny vedoucí k vertebrogenním potížím a jejich léčbě. Nemalá část je věnována bolesti obecně se všemi jejími aspekty a dále se konkrétněji zaměříme na vertebrogenní algický syndrom, kterého se týká výzkum této práce. Popsána je také metoda Akrální koaktivační terapie, její podstata, principy a využití. Praktická část se věnuje metodice provedeného výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je pomocí vzpěrných cvičení snížit bolesti v oblasti bederní páteře, což bylo výsledky potvrzeno. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the use of the Acral coactivation therapy method for back pain treatment. The teoretical part refers to the kinesiology of back, potential causes leading to vertebrogenic problems and to possible treatment. Considerable part is dedicated to the pain in general with all its aspects. Further the thesis is specifically focused on vertebrogenic algic syndrome, the research in the practical part of this thesis refers to. The method of Acral coactivation therapy is also described in the thesis with its basic principles and applications. The practical part focuses on the methodology of the research, whose main goal is to reduce pain in the lumbar spine by buckling excercises, which was confirmed by the results. |
