| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je tvorba sady nástrojů a dat pro experimentální ověření hypotéz navržených odborným pracovníkem Národního ústavu duševního zdraví (NUDZ) v jehož spolupráci je tato práce realizována. Při ověření hypotéz by mohly být nástroje využívány k získávání nového prediktoru pro zatím hypotetický diagnostický nástroj schizofrenie. Tato práce shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky o schizofrenii, zejména výsledky výzkumů v oblasti neuropatologických odlišností pacientů se schizofrenií a zdravých jedinců, což představuje základ navržených hypotéz. Na základě rešerše dosavadního výzkumu jsou navržené hypotézy konkretizovány a blíže specifikována experimentální procedura využívající funkční magnetickou rezonanci (fMRI). Nejdůležitějším cílem práce je vytvoření auditivních stimulů pro experimentální fMRI vyšetření, pro což je využit Pražský závislostní korpus (PDT 3.0), vytvořen jednoduchý generátor syntakticky korektních českých vět a pro generování akustického signálu implementována konkatenační syntéza řeči výběremem jednotek. Výsledky této práce mohou významně přispět na poli diagnostiky schizofrenie, případně jiných psychotických poruch podobných schizofrenii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to create a set of tools and data for experimental verification of hypotheses propounded by a specialist from National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), in whose cooperation this thesis is realized. In case of successful hypotheses verification, the prepared tools could be used for obtaining of a new predictor for hypothetical diagnostic tool of schizophrenia. This thesis encapsulates basic theoretical findings about schizophrenia, particularly the results of research in the field of neuropathological difference of patients with schizophrenia and healthy individuals, on the basis of which the propounded hypotheses are constructed. Based on research of current findings, the propounded hypotheses are concretized and the experimental procedure using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) specified in more detail. The most important goal of the thesis is to create auditory stimuly for experimental fMRI screening. For this purposes, it is used the Prague Dependency Treebank (PDT 3.0), developed a simple generator for syntactically correct Czech sentences and implemented concatenative speech synthesis using unit selection approach to generate accoustic signal. Outcomes of this thesis can significantly contribute to the field of diagnosis of schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders similar to it. |
