| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci je popisována ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s nádorovým onemocněním plic. Zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů na standardním plicním oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je členěna do 8 kapitol, ve kterých je na začátku popsána anatomie plic, vyšetřovací metody, velmi krátce etiologie a podrobněji druhy bronchogenního karcinomu. V druhé polovině teoretické části jsou popsány příznaky, léčba, prevence a nakonec prognóza. V praktické části je popsána ošetřovatelská péče o dvě pacientky s bronchogenním karcinomem. Ošetřovatelský model je volen dle Nancy Roperové. Dále jsou popsány anamnestické údaje klientek, průběh hospitalizace a zpracován plán ošetřovatelské péče a edukační plán. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describe nursing care of patiens with lung cancer. It focuses on nursing care of patients on standard pulmonary department in the hospital. Thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dividend into 8 chapters, in which is initially described the anatomy of lungs, diagnosis, etiology and in more depth types of lung cancer. In the second half of theoretical part are described symptoms, treatment, prevention and prognosis. The practical part describes nursing care of two patiens with lung cancer. The nursing model used is by Nancy Roper. This part describes anamnesis of the clients, the hospitalization and holds nursing care plan and educational plan. |
