| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření v profesi porodních asistentek. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsán syndrom vyhoření, jeho fáze, rizikové faktory a diagnostika. Dále je zde i část, která se věnuje jeho prevenci, a zároveň jsou zde také uvedeny profese, které jsou pro vznik syndromu vyhoření náchylnější. Praktická část je poté věnována samotnému sběru dat a výzkumnému šetření s hlavním cílem zjistit výskyt syndromu vyhoření v profesi porodních asistentek. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis introduces burnout syndrome in the profession of midwifery. This thesis is composed of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is describing burnout syndrome, its phases, critical factors and diagnostics. Next there is a part, witch is dealing with the prevention and also there are listed professions, witch are or or the creation of burnout syndrome more inclinable. The practical part of this thesis is made o the colection of data and research survey. Main aim of the reserch survey was to find the incdence of burnout syndrome in the proession of midwifery. |
