| Abstract: | Tato práce je souhrnem dostupných informací o surogátním mateřství. Na úvod se teoretická část zabývá rodičovstvím a mateřstvím obecně a později se konkrétně zaměřuje na surogátní mateřství. Popisuje jak velký rozdíl je mezi surogátním mateřství ve světě a v naší zemi. V České republice se surogátní mateřství opomíjí a není upraveno žádným zákonem, proto se kolem tohoto tématu vznáší mnoho otazníků a spousta etických otázek. A jelikož se surogátní mateřství považuje za metodu asistované reprodukce, tak tato práce obsahuje i její stručný popis a úspěšnost. V praktické části práce se pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zaměřuji na konkrétní případy dvou žen, jenž v minulosti vstoupily do procesu surogátního mateřství. Rozhovory s ženami se nacházejí rovněž v této části práce. Závěrem práce je shrnutí všech poznatků získaných z průběhu výzkumné studie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is a summary of available information about surrogate motherhood. The theoretical part starts by parenthood and motherhood ingeneral view and then specifically focuses on surrogate motherhood. It describes a differences between surrogate motherhood in the world and in our country. Surrogate motherhood is omitted in Czech Republic. It is not regulated by any law. That is why there raise doubts and lots of ethical questions about this topic. Since surrogate motherhood is considered to be method of assisted reproduction, this thesis contains even its brief description and success rate. In practical part of this thesis I focus on actual cases of two women by qualitative study, which entered the process of surrogate motherhood in the past. Interviews with the women are also situated in this part of the thesis. In the end of my thesis is summary of all gained findings in the course of research study. |
