| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metody vyšetření bakteriálních onemocnění. Skládá se ze dvou hlavních částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vysvětluje, jaké metody se používají v komplexní laboratorní diagnostice infekčních bakteriálních onemocnění. Praktická část je zaměřena na šetření a vlastní výsledky, které jsou zobrazeny v tabulkách. Při zpracování této bakalářské práce byla použita odborná literatura podle uvedeného seznamu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor´s thesis is concentrated on the laboratory diagnostic methods of bacterial diseases. It consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part explains what methods are used in complex laboratory diagnostics of infectious bacterial diseases. The practical part is focused on investigation and own results which are displayed in tables. The specialized and reference literature by presented list was used during processing of this thesis. |
