| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou antioxidanty a jejich vliv na organismus. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část pojednává o vzniku, rozdělení a působení volných radikálů a antioxidantů na lidský organismus. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří oxidační stres jako příčina mnohých onemocnění spojených především s vysokých věkem. Praktická část se skládá ze stanovení celkové antioxidační kapacity u devíti vybraných vzorků analytickými metodami TEAC a FRAP. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this thesis are antioxidants and their influence on the organism. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the creation, distribution and effects of free radicals and antioxidants on the human body. A separate chapter is formed by oxidative stress as a cause of many diseases associated primarily with higher age. The practical part consists of determining the total antioxidant capacity of the nine selected samples by analytical methods TEAC and FRAP. |
