| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou domácí paliativní péče z pohledu pečujících. Skrze tři případové studie byla zkoumána zkušenost respondentek s touto formou péče. Záměrem bylo zjistit, na základě čeho se respondentky rozhodují starat o umírajícího příbuzného v domácím prostředí, jaké výhody či nevýhody pro ně péče představuje a jaký vliv na pečovatelky tento druh péče má. Respondentky dále hodnotily jejich zkušenost s touto formou péče. Výsledky práce jsou opřeny o teorii mezigenerační solidarity, morálního závazku a teorii reciprocity. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the issue of home palliative care from the point of view of caregivers. There was examined the experience of respondents with this form of care through three case studies. The intention was to find out why the respondents decided to take care of a dying relative in the home environment, what benefits or disadvantages they had during the care, and how the care influenced them. Respondents assessed their experience with this form of care. The results of the thesis are based on the theory of intergenerational solidarity moral commitment and the theory of reciprocity. |
