| cs |

dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s thesis aims at sociological analysis of a literary work called "The Hunger Games" dealing with the post-apocalyptic world and its society. The book is work of a dystopian literature subgenre, which describes potencial image of our future society in a very negative way. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to describe the running of the newly created system in the dystopical literary work and its comparison with the sociological and social philosophical theories, which re-evaluate the concepts of term "dystopia" and "utopia", that were introduced in by the so-called postmodern and the poststructural theories in the 20th century in the branch of social sciences. I will research this phenomenon through theoretical tools of sociology of literature. I will focus on the creative and fictive social system and what this designed fiction can tell us about negative trends of the postmodern. Above all, I will be interested in social stratification and issues of the specifics of the executive power in the dystopian social system. | en |
