| Abstract: | V diplomové práci se zaměřuji na zpracování stavebně technologického projektu rekonstrukce a intenzifikace čistírny odpadních vod Hostivice. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První část je zaměřena na úvod do problematiky čištění odpadních vod, celkový popis objektu a použitých konstrukčních řešení. V další části je podrobně zpracován technologický postup provádění výstavby jak celkové rekonstrukce dle etap, tak dílčích částí jednotlivých objektů. K jednotlivým etapám výstavby jsou samostatně zpracovány výkresy zařízení staveniště. Dále se zaměřuji na zpracování a porovnání aspektů vstupujících do jednotlivých etap rekonstrukce. Jedná se například nasazení a využitelnosti bednění, nasazení jeřábů nebo zpracování demoličních odpadů. V analytické části je zpracován kompletní položkový rozpočet s výkazy výměr, celkový harmonogram stavby dle jednotlivých etap, ale i dílčí harmonogramy jednotlivých objektů. Dále pak kontrolní a zkušební plán pro vybrané objekty. Cílem práce je vytvořit plán organizace výstavby, zpracovat stavebně konstrukční řešení vybraných částí, porovnání aspektů zasahujících do průběhu rekonstrukce, položkový rozpočet včetně výkazu výměr a vytvoření harmonogramů. Výkresová část je vytvořena v programu ArchiCAD 18. Pro zpracování rozpočtů byly použity programy BUILDPower S a KROS plus. K simulaci výpočtů byl použit program Dlubal RFEM. Časové harmonogramy byly zpracovány v programech MS Project a MS Excel. Pro diplomovou práci bylo dále využito programů Microsoft Office. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master´s thesis is aimed at the elaboration of the construction and technological project of the reconstruction and intensification of Hostivice sewage treatment plant. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part deals with the introduction to the issue of the sewage treatment, the general description of the object and used structural solutions. In the next part there is elaborated the technological process of the construction implementation for a total reconstruction according to stages as well as component parts of each object. The drawings of the building site are elaborated separately for individual stages of construction. The thesis is also focused on the processing and comparing aspects, entering into various stages of the reconstruction. These include the deployment and utilization of formwork, crane operations or processing of demolition waste. The analytical part contains a complete itemized budget with bills of quantities, total building schedule by individual stages, but also partial schedules of individual objects. Furthermore, there is the inspection and test plan for the selected objects. The aim of the thesis is to create the plan of organization development, process the construction solutions of selected parts, compare intervening aspects in the course of the reconstruction, to form the itemized budget including bills of quantities and create schedules. The drawings are created in ArchiCAD 18. The budgets were created in programs BUILDPower S and KROS plus. Dlubal program RFEM was used for the simulation of calculations. Time schedules were processed in MS Project and MS Excel. For the thesis, Microsoft Office programs were used. |
