| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metod pro zlepšení vybraných podnikových procesů ve společnosti Intersoft-Automation s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhů pro optimalizaci pracovišť a jejich následná implementace za pomoci metod 5S a Kaizen. První část této práce je zaměřena na představení společnosti a uvedení základní terminologie pro zavedení metod pro zlepšení. Druhou část práce tvoří analýza současného stavu, kde jsou představeny jednotlivé formy plýtvání a aplikace metodik v praxi, která je věnována jednotlivým postupům vedoucím ke zlepšování. Mezi výstupy zavedených metod patří nové uspořádání administrativních pracovišť, definování postupů výroby malých a velkých zakázek, organizace štítků v oddělení přípravy výroby a nové uspořádání dílenských vozíků. V závěru práce je představena ekonomická analýza nákladů a dopady změn na společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the application of methods for improvement of selected business processes at Intersoft-Automation Ltd company. The main objective of this thesis is development of proposals for the optimalization of workplaces and their subsequent implementation with the help of 5S and Kaizen methods. The first part of this thesis focuses on introducing the company and the basic terminology for introducing methods for improvement. The second part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the current state where the individual forms of waste are descibed and presented is also the application of methodologies in practice, which is devoted to the individual procedures leading to improvement. Among the outputs of the established methods are the new organization of administrative workplaces, the definition of procedures for the production of small and large orders, the organization of labels in the production preparation department and the new arrangement of workshop carts. At the end of the thesis an economic analysis of costs and impacts of the changes to the company are presented. |
