| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení objektu wellness centra s ubytováním v Karlových Varech dle vyhlášky č. 63/2013 Sb. Objekt je navržen jako železobetonový monolitický skeletový systém s vyzdívkou. Práce se zabývá tepelným posouzením konstrukcí, které tvoří obálku budovy a statickými výpočty hlavních betonových prvků. Výkresy byly zpracovány v programu ArchiCAD 16. Pro statické výpočty byl použit program Fin EC. Textové zprávy byly vytvořeny v programu Microsoft Word. Veškeré konstrukce a výpočty byly provedeny dle platných norem ČSN EN. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on planning and realizing of the project documentation for planning permission of the wellness centre with accommodation building located in Karlovy Vary; based on the 63/2013 Sb. regulation. The building is designed of ferroconcrete monolithic frame system with lining. The thesis deals with the thermal assessment of the constructions that constitutute a cover of the building; and the static calculations of the main concrete elements. The designs were created in the ArchiCAD 16 program; the statics calculations in the Fin EC program; the text in Microsoft Word. All constructions and calculations were executed according to the valid ČSN EN standards. |
