| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na Řízení rizik projektů. Ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. jakožto výrobním podniku jsou zahajovány a dlouhodobě vedeny projekty jak ve výrobě automobilů, tak při výstavbě nových hal či projekty týkající se zavádění a oprav výrobních linek, strojů. Koncept řízení rizik vybraného projektu byl vypracován na základě informací dostupných ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a metod vycházejících z odborné literatury. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je zhotovení plánu rizik, stanovení indikátorů včasného varování, navržení opatření pro identifikovaná rizika, způsoby ošetření rizik a určení způsobu, jak daná rizika řídit. V závěru práce je stanovena hodnota v ohrožení a očekávaná hodnota rizika. Dílčí výstupy práce poslouží ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. jako podklad pro monitorování identifikovaných rizik při řízení projektu, který se uskuteční v polovině roku 2012. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the project risk management. The ?ŠKODA AUTO plc? as a manufacture company has projects that are already initiated and long-term managed in the cars production or construction of new working shops, and also projects that concern an implementation and corrections of production lines or machines. The concept of risk management of particular project is based on the information that is available in ?ŠKODA AUTO plc? and also on methods that are based on the special literature. The main conclusion of the thesis is a construction of risk plan, setting up an indicators of timely cautions, offering measures for risks? identification, ways to treat the risks and to define a method how to manage these risks. There are two indicators that are set up in the conclusion of the thesis: the threatened value and awaited value of the risk. There is a project that will take part in the middle of the year 2012, and working issues of this thesis will serve as a base to monitor the risks that will be identified while managing it. |
