| Abstract: | Práce se soustředí na problematiku rovné odměny za stejnou práci mužů a žen. Pojmenovává příčiny a následky nerovnosti mezi ženami a muži, uvádí politiku vlády ČR pro zlepšení situace v oblasti rovnosti mezi ženami a muži, uvádí statistická data popisující současnou situaci. Dále uvádí přehled právního rámce pro tuto oblast v České republice a Evropské unii, včetně přehledu základní judikatury. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Thesis concentrates on the problem of equal pay for the same work for women and men. It defines causes and consequences of inequality between women and men, it presents the policy of the Czech governement of improvements of the situation, it presents statistics. Furthermore it presents an overview of the legal framework in this field in the Czech Republic and the European Union, including an overview of the basic cases. |
