| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti a státní politiky zaměstnanosti v německy mluvících zemích. Kromě charakteristiky nezaměstnanosti a jejími druhy, ohroženými skupinami a dopady je zde také řešena problematika trhu práce. Následuje úvod do situace na evropském trhu práce a její vývoj, kapitola dále pojednává o hospodářském růstu a programech politiky zaměstnanosti Evropské unie. Další kapitoly analyzují vývoj nezaměstnanosti a konkrétní nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti ve Spolkové republice Německo, v Rakouské republice a ve Švýcarské konfederaci. Na základě provedené analýzy je zpracována komparace dané problematiky s použitím konkrétních dat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the problems of unemployment and state employment policy in the German-speaking countries. In addition to the characteristics of unemployment, its types, vulnerable groups and impacts. There is also solved the problems of the labor market. The following is an introduction to the situation on the European labor market and its development, the chapter also discusses the economic growth and employment policy programs of the European Union. Other chapters analyze the unemployment situation and specific tools of employment policy in the Federal Republic of Germany, in the Republic of Austria and in the Swiss Confederation. On the basis of this analysis is processed a comparison of the issue by using specific data. |
