| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá navržením optimálního financování podnikatelského plánu společnosti CPF, a. s. Jedná se o kovárenský podnik s výrobou zápustkových a volných výkovků. V první kapitole je charakterizován podnik, jeho historie, předmět činnosti, dosažené výsledky a dále je charakterizováno prostředí, ve kterém podnik působí. Druhá část se zabývá střednědobým strategickým záměrem společnosti, je zde stanovena vize společnosti, cíle a strategie, dále analýzy prostředí a sestaven finanční plán. Ve třetí části je provedena identifikace rizik ohrožujících naplnění strategického plánu organizace, jejich posouzení z hlediska významnosti a sestavení rizikových variant scénářů vývoje. Ve čtvrté části je rozebráno dosavadní řízení finanční struktury podniku z řady hledisek. Dále jsou navrženy varianty financování, které jsou posouzeny z hlediska klasické finanční analýzy a z hlediska ukazatelů EVA, MVA a cash flow. Poslední část se zabývá zhodnocením výsledků a posouzením jednotlivých variant financování. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Diploma thesis deals with the project of business plan financing optimization of CPF, a. s. CPF is a forging company with the production of free and die forgings. The company, its history, business activities, achievements and the business environment are characterized in the first chapter of the thesis. The second part deals with the medium-term strategic plan of the company. The chapter includes company?s vision, goals and strategies, as well as environmental analysis and the financial plan. The third part of this thesis is aimed on the risk analysis. The risks, which threaten the strategic plan, are assessed in terms of their significance and the risk scenarios are determined as well. In the fourth part is the current management of the financial structure evaluated from many aspects. Furthermore, this chapter includes two proposals of financial structure which are assessed in terms of traditional financial analysis and in terms of EVA, MVA and cash flow.
