| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je "Právní úprava podání v civilním procesu". Podání představuje stěžejní institut procesního práva. Mým cílem bylo popsat tento institut na základě platné právní úpravy. Diplomová práce je členěna do samostatných kapitol. První z nich je věnována základním pojmům. Následující pojednává o institutu podání v rovině teoretické. Zbývající kapitoly se pak následně věnují druhům podání, náležitostem, formám a v neposlední řadě vadám podání. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the the legal adjustment of the submission in Civil Procedural Law. The submission is a major institute of procedural law. My goal was to capture and describe this institute on the basis of existing legislation. The submission is in the Czech republic regulated by the Civil Procedure Code. This diploma thesis is divided into several individual chapters. The first chapter describes the civil trial and its individual elements. The following chapters deal with individual requirements of the submission. The third chapter deals with the submission in general. The next chapter describes the different types of the submission. The fifth chapter deals with requirements of the submission. The last chapter describe forms a defects of the submission |
