| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá formulací konkrétních proaktivních opatření, která vyplývají z komplexní marketingové analýzy situace Domova pro seniory sv. Pavla. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy z marketingu, které jsou důležité pro praktickou část a její výstupy. Praktická část vychází z informací, které jsou volně přístupné a také ze soukromých konzultací s vedením organizace, na jejichž základě byla sestavena analýza současného stavu Domova pro seniory, včetně SWOT analýzy. Na konci práce jsou popsány doporučené návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu organizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with formulation of specific and proactive steps which are derived from a complex marketing analysis of the current situation at St. Paul's retirement home. The theoretical part consists of marketing terms which are important for the practical part and its outputs. The practical part is based on freely accessible information as well as on the private consultations with the institution leadership which were fundamental not only for the analysis of current condition of St Paul's retirement home but also for the SWOT analysis. Recommended suggestions for the institution's present state improvement are described at the end of the thesis. |
