| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uplatnění franchisingu v obchodě a je členěna na dvě části. První část práce popisuje teoretické základy franchisingu včetně jeho definice a rozdělení. Nejdůležitějším oddílem teoretické části je jednoznačně určení výhod a nevýhod franchisingového podnikání, protože je tento oddíl základem pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. Druhá část práce charakterizuje franchisora, franchisanta a popisuje všeobecné informace k založení franchisingového vztahu. Poté blíže určuje práva, povinnosti, omezení a výhody vyplývající z franchisingového vztahu, které hodnotí. V posledním bodu druhé části jsou uvedeny možnosti ukončení dealerské smlouvy a kontroling. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty klady a zápory franchisingu. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This Bachelor's thesis is focused on application of franchising in business and is divided into two parts. The first part describes theoretical basics of franchising, including definiton and division of franchising. The most important section of the theoretical part is definitely determination of advantages and disadvantages of franchise business because this section is a foundation for the practical part of the Bachelor's thesis. The second part characterizes franchizor, franchesse and then describes general knowledge for establishment of franchise relationship. Then it closely determines rights, obligations, restrictions and benefits arising from the franchise relationship, which the thesis evaluates. In the last part there are introduced all possibilities of termination of dealer agreement and controlling. At the end are summarized advanteges and disadvantages of franchising. |
