| Abstract: | Práce vystihuje sled událostí, které vedly k atentátu na následníka trůnu habsburské monarchie Františka Ferdinanda d'Este a jeho manželku Žofii Chotkovou vévodkyni z Hohenbergu. Dále popisuje průběh atentátu a jeho dopady na mezinárodní politiku. Představuje atentát jako důležitý faktor ve vývoji mezinárodních vztahů před rokem 1914. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis called ´Assassination in Sarajevo´ is to analyse the crucial events that led to the assassination of Franz Ferdinand d'Este, the Archduke and heir to the Habsburg throne, and his wife Sophie, Duchess of Hohenberg. Furthermore, it describes the assassination itself, together with its future consequences in the field of international politics. |
