Abstract in different language:	Political extremism is a phenomenon which is often perceived as something negative or dangerous. It is also a standard political strategy used to make proclamations concerning this phenomenon. The following article stands as a CAQDA (carried out using MAXQDA11+ software, COOA and Voyant tools) of all speeches made by Czech presi- dent Miloš Zeman. The main aim of this paper is to analyse how Zeman constructs the phenomenon of political extremism. More specifically, I emphasize how Zeman constructs the meaning of political extremism, its consequences, and its roots, and how Miloš Zeman uses this phenomenon to delegitimize the existence/actions of his political enemies.
