| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou zločinu udavačství v českých zemích v období nacistické okupace a trestáním tohoto zločinu po skončení druhé světové války. konkrétně zkoumá případy projednávané u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Litoměřicích mezi léty 1945-1948. Udavačství patřilo mezi nejzávažnější zločiny kolaborace a jeden z nejčastěji projednávaných přečinů. Text práce představuje výsledky bádání na základě analýzy soudních složek a podává statistické vyhodnocení trestání udavačských činů před MLS Litoměřice a informace o osobách zde souzených podle § 11 tzv. velkého retribučního dekretu. Výzkum zohledňuje sociální, národnostní a genderovou skupinu obžalovaných. |
| Abstract in different language: | The study focuses on the crime of denunciation in the Czech lands during the Nazi occupation and punishment of this crime after the Second World War. It focuses on cases examined by the Extraordinary People's court in Litoměřice between the years 1945-1948. Denunciation was on of the most serious crimes of collaboration and it was frequently discussed by Extraordinary People's Courts in the Czech lands. The text of the study presents the results of research based on an analysis of judicial files and provides statistical data of the punishment of crime of denunciation before this court. The research focuses on the social, ethnic, gender structure of the defendants. |
