Abstract in different language: This paper deals with an embroidered temperature sensor, which is based on hybrid resistive thread. The response of embroidered temperature sensors to rapid temperature changes between -40 °C and 125 °C was studied and compared with standardized platinum resistance temperature sensors Pt1000 Class A. The embroidered temperature sensor showed three times faster response to rapid temperature changes than Pt1000 sensor. The embroidered sensor performed well during testing and it is suitable for implementation in target applications.
