| Abstract: | S využitím doposud nepublikovaných dokumentů představuje tento článek dvě případové studie takzvaných Pracovně výchovných táborů pro ženy („Arbeitserziehungslager für Frauen“, FAEL) v období nacistické okupace, které nakonec s největší pravděpodobností nebyly zřízeny, ačkoliv jejich příprava postoupila do pokročilé fáze. Konkrétně se jedná o tábory v Běchovicích (FAEL Biechowitz) a v Terezíně u Čejče (FAEL Theresiendorf bei Tscheitsch). V rámci možností daných dostupností dokumentů se článek pokouší o popis průběhu přípravy obou táborů a možných důvodů pro zastavení této přípravy. Případové studie jsou zasazeny do širšího přehledu aktuálního stavu poznání problematiky táborů typu AEL na našem území. |
| Abstract in different language: | Using previously unpublished documents, this article presents two case studies of the so-called Labour Education Camps for Women (“Arbeitserziehungslager für Frauen”, or FAEL) in the period of the WWII Nazi occupation. These two camps, namely FAEL Biechowitz and FAEL Theresiendorf bei Tscheitsch had likely never been established, despite the very advanced stage of their planning. In the limits given by the available document, this article attempts to describe the planning process and explain the possible reasons for cancelling the camp-project in both cases. These two case studies are contextualized by an overview of current state of knowledge about the issue of Labour education camps in the Protectorate and occupied Sudetenland. |
