| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje etiku a korektnost v podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu v České republice ve vztahu B2C (business to consumer). Jejím cílem bylo zjistit, které praktiky a v jaké míře se vyskytují v těchto službách, konkrétně v ubytovacích, stravovacích, lázeňských, průvodcovských, dopravních a ve službách cestovních kanceláří a agentur. V teoretické části práce se lze setkat s problémy obecné etiky, etiky v podnikání a cestovního ruchu. Praktická část obsahuje přehled neetických praktik, které se nejčastěji vyskytují a následně výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumalo zkušenosti respondentů s nimi. Na závěr práce bylo na základě výsledků zformulováno doporučení pro poskytovatele těchto služeb, pro personál i pro samotné zákazníky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis analyses ethics and correctness in business in realm of tourism in Czech Republic. It focuses on B2C, business to consumer. The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis of the appearance of unethical practices in tourism services, concretely accommodation services, catering services, spa services, guide services, transport services and services of travel bureaus or travel agencies. The theory includes problems of common ethics, business ethics and tourism. The practical part focuses on overview of frequent unethical practices and results of qustionnaire, which focuses on the experiences of respondents with unethical practices. In the end of the bachelor thesis there are the recommendations for service providers, staff and customers. |
