Abstract in different language:	The contribution presents the opinions of teachers to sport games in the proces of teaching the physical and sport education. The aim of the implemented research was to find out and analyze the opinions of physical and sport education teachers of second grade of primary schools in Banska Bystrica distric to sport games and their teaching. The research sample was consisted of 101 teachers (42males, 59 females). The research was implemented by the inquiry of own construction in the period from November 2016 to March 2017. From founded opinions of teachers results following, that for boys the most favourite sport game in physical and sport education teaching proces is football and for girls it is volleyball and dodgeball. The less favourite sport games for boys and girls were those which were the most favourite for oposite gender. Within the difference of genders, teachers find material conditions suffice for teaching sport games such as football, basketball, handball and floorball. As a negative finding we state, that up to 40,48 % males and 28,81 % females stated, that they do not teach volleyball at their instructory process. Untraditional sport games apply to the teaching of physical and sport education up to 48,86 % males and 57,63 % females. Up to 95 % of asked teachears stated, that therare sport hobby classes in the schools they teach at. From the point of view of reaching the informations abour new trends aboutin sport games, both genders use mostly the multimedia source. Príspevok prezentuje názory učiteľov na športové hry v procese vyučovania telesnej a športovej výchovy. Cieľom realizovaného prieskumu bolo zistiť a analyzovať názory učiteľov telesnej a športovej výchovy druhého stupňa základných škôl v okrese Banská Bystrica na športové hry a ich vyučovanie. Prieskumnú vzorku tvorilo 101 učiteľov (42 mužov, 59 žien). Prieskum bol realizovaný prostredníctvom ankety vlastnej konštrukcie v období november 2016 až marec 2017. Zo zistených názorov učiteľov vyplýva, že pre chlapcov je najobľúbenejšou športovou hrou vo vyučovaní telesnej a športovej výchovy futbal, pre dievčatá volejbal a vybíjaná. Zaujímavým zistením je, že najmenej obľúbené športové hry boli pre chlapcov a dievčatá tie, ktoré boli pre opačné pohlavie tie najobľúbenejšie. Bez rozdielu pohlavia považujú učitelia materiálne podmienky na vyučovanie športových hier ako sú futbal, basketbal, hádzaná a florbal za postačujúce. Negatívnym zistením je, že až 40,48 % mužov a 28,81 % žien uviedlo, že volejbal na hodinách telesnej a športovej výchovy nevyučujú. Netradičné športové hry do vyučovania telesnej a športovej výchovy aplikuje 42,86 % mužov a 57,63 % žien. Viac ako 95 % opýtaných učiteľov uviedlo, že na škole, na ktorej pôsobia, je športový krúžok so zameraním na športové hry. Z pohľadu získavania informácií o nových trendoch z oblasti športových hier využívajú obe pohlavia najčastejšie multimediálne zdroje.
