| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá překladem právnického textu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje teorii překladu a teorii právnické angličtiny. Praktická část obsahuje samotný překlad společně s mikro a makro analýzou a glosářem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor Thesis deals with a topic of the translation of a legal text. The Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the theory of translation and the theroy of legal English. The practical part contains the translation itself with the macro approach and micro approach and the glossary. |
